CHIJ ODAC challenges the individual to overcome their fears through the various activities. ODAC trainings are usually divided into sea and land activities. For sea activities, the girls get involve in dragon-boating and kayaking. We provide kayaking training at one-star level (internationally recognized).

Dragon-boating is also a popular ODAC activity. In fact, the ODAC girls have competed in the National Schools Dragon-boat Competition for several years. For the past 2 years, the CHIJ ODAC dragon-boating team came in as overall champions. In addition, our girls also participated in the Singapore River Regatta last year and had managed to clinch the 1st postition.

In terms of land activities, ODAC organises camps, hikes, outdoor-cooking and night cycling. All of the land activities provide numerous opportunities and occasions for the girls to work as a team. The activities compel mental toughness and instill physical endurance, often stretching the girls to new heights.
